• Do you take insurance?

I do not accept any insurance plans as an in-network provider. Depending on your plan, you may be able to be reimbursed by your insurance company for “out of network” coverage. Submitting claims is the responsibility of the client in these cases and payment is due in full at the time of service. I am happy to provide an invoice to support your claim.

  • How long does therapy take?

Because each person comes to therapy for a different reason, it’s hard to say exactly. The type of therapy I provide typically attempts to address deeper patterns or challenges, which can take months to years to fully understand and address.

  • What do you charge?

I charge $160 for 50 minute individual therapy sessions and $195 per 50 minute couples/family sessions.

I do offer a limited number of sliding scale spots. If my fee is restrictive to you starting therapy, please still reach out and see if we can find a rate that could fit your financial needs!

  • Are you doing in person or telehealth?

I offer a limited number of in person slots a week, though this can shift depending on the changing landscape of COVID-19. I will also be offering telehealth/video slots if that is your preference.

I am offering telehealth session to clients in Florida under license TPMC4720. Please see the following link for more details.

  • How do i know if we are a good fit?

Finding a therapist who is the right fit can be a challenge. I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation so you can get a sense of who I am and how we might work together.

  • Where is your office?

I share an office in the heart of Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood, right next to the Burke Gilman Trail and the PCC Market. There is a small free parking lot for clients next to the building (off of N. 35th) as well as plentiful and free street parking. The number 31, 32, 40, and 62 buses also have stops within just a few blocks of the building.
